You may use the Jucchou Golf website to learn about our programs, register, make purchases, and contact us. Website content, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Jucchou Golf and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Program Information

Jucchou Golf provides golf lessons, junior coaching, camps, tournaments, leagues, and new student assessments in Southern California. Program availability, schedules, locations, and pricing may change.

Registration, Accounts, and User Responsibilities

When you register for a program or create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the information provided and for the participant’s conduct.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Purchasing a package or membership reserves your plan; scheduling specific lessons, camps, or sessions is arranged separately with our team. Refund and cancellation terms are communicated at the time of purchase or registration.

Email Communications

By subscribing to email updates from Jucchou Golf, you agree to receive newsletters, program announcements, lesson information, camp updates, tournament updates, league information, and related communications. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

SMS Terms

By opting in to SMS messages from Jucchou Golf, you agree to receive informational text messages related to tournaments, lessons, camps, leagues, scheduling, reminders, weather updates, check-in instructions, account notifications, and service-related communications. Message frequency varies depending on participation in tournaments, lessons, camps, and leagues. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase services, register, or participate.

SMS Program Details

Our SMS messages are informational and service-related. They are not marketing or promotional messages.

• You opt in through Jucchou Golf registration forms (Google Forms) by providing your phone number and checking an optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
• SMS consent is not required to purchase services, register, or participate.
• Message frequency varies depending on your participation in tournaments, lessons, camps, and leagues.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages.

Conduct and Assumption of Risk

Golf involves inherent risks. Participants and their guardians agree to follow program rules, coach instructions, and facility policies, and to conduct themselves safely and respectfully at all times. We may remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jucchou Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
