Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how cancellations, missed sessions, illness, and weather are generally handled across our programs. It doesn’t replace anything in your Participation Agreement or Terms & Conditions — if there’s ever a conflict, those documents control. For anything not covered here, contact us and we’ll work with you directly.
New Student Assessments
The assessment fee reserves a coach’s time for a single session. If you need to reschedule, contact us with as much notice as possible and we’ll do our best to find a new time. Assessments are not automatically refundable, but we may offer a reschedule or credit toward a future session at our discretion.
Private Lessons and Lesson Packages
Purchasing a lesson package reserves a set number of sessions; scheduling the individual lessons is arranged separately with your coach. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move a scheduled lesson — your coach may set a minimum notice window for rescheduling without penalty. Lesson packages do not expire on a fixed date, but sessions are not automatically refunded once purchased.
Camps, Classes, and Leagues
Registering for a camp, class, or league reserves your participant’s spot, which may limit availability for other families. Cancellations made close to the program start date may not be refundable, since coaching staff and facility space are scheduled in advance. We may adjust dates, combine sessions, or offer a credit if a program needs to change after registration.
Missed or Late-Cancelled Sessions
We know life happens, but missed sessions and late cancellations affect a coach’s schedule and other families waiting for that time slot. No-shows and cancellations made without adequate notice are generally not refunded or automatically made up. Our staff may offer a make-up session at their discretion, especially for a first-time miss.
Illness
If a participant is sick, please let us know as soon as you can rather than attending — we’d rather reschedule than risk exposing coaches and other students. We handle illness-related cancellations case by case and will do our best to offer a reschedule or credit, particularly with advance notice.
Weather
Many of our sessions take place outdoors. If weather makes a session unsafe, we’ll contact you to reschedule or credit that session — outdoor sessions affected by weather are not automatically refunded, since we aim to reschedule first.
Cancellations Initiated by Jucchou Golf
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, camp, or class on our end — for coaching, facility, or weather reasons — we’ll offer you a reschedule or credit toward a future session.
Memberships and Recurring Billing
Memberships and recurring plans bill on the schedule shown at checkout. Canceling a membership stops future billing but does not retroactively refund sessions already billed or attended.
